How to activate a Free Trial account?

You can activate a Free Trial account from Apnaexams.in website. Click on Register option and enter few basic details for creation of your account. Once created the account, input the required credentials and start a new experience the best Online Exam Software.


No Refund Policy

This policy will be applicable to all users irrespective of geographical coverage and their category – Customer or Students. For the ease of every user, there is a “Trial-Period” of 15 days and post this period once any user determines to buy the user rights to avail full benefits of the portal and make the required payment, no refund will be granted if any user wish to cancel their user rights in future. In order to help you resolve any issues with respect to functionalities or any other issues pertaining to the portal, we may help you to troubleshoot your issues either through online tools or over the phone. But in any case, No Refund shall be provided. Therefore we request you to kindly read all sections carefully to understand the terms & conditions of the portal including no refund policy.


How to enable custom email configuration

Our website has the requirements where you can add your custom e-mail using Web settings. You can set up your customizable email id redefine your email settings according to your convenience. Firstly go to visit organization tab and then proceed to the organization email section. When you reach here you will have the option of disable or enable settings. Furthermore you can customize your contents also

Can we accept online registrations and payments for online exam?

Indeed it is possible to accept payments online. Our institution has the facility where online form is provided and the candidate needs to fill out the form details and complete the process of registration. Online payments can be done through the following ways • Debit card • Credit card • Mobile wallets Depending on the mode of payment, exams schedule will be given to the candidate. How to check the test result and review the performance of the associated students?

Apna Exam the online exam software will save the calculated test results that can swiftly be reviewed and exported for further forefront analysis. From the Report section, the user can easily view and export results seamlessly.


How to un- subscribe the plan?

Once you have subscribed to a particular plan, it cannot be un- subscribe. Moreover, if in case you want to upgrade, you can easily upgrade your account in the sequential account type listed as a trial, Gold, Silver, Platinum and Enterprise.


Is there any limit to add the number of users in a system?

You can add and manage multiple users to your panel. This will help to conduct tests among multiple students depending upon the test attempt limit. The limit to test attempts, will be in accordance with the subscription purchased that can be increased anytime as per the requirements.


Can I upgrade from Trial to a paid edition?

You can easily upgrade from a Free Trial account to a paid account (starter, standard, professional and business). For upgrading your account, you can follow the below mentioned steps;


Does Think Exam stores my card details credit or debit and Net Banking?

Pioneer Exam does not store or process any credit card information. All transactions are processed through highly secured payment gateway vendors. You can select a pre-integrated payment gateway from PayPal, PayU, CC Avenue and Paytm.


What are the payment options?

Online Payments are completed using a highly controlled and secured platform. The featured list of pre-integrated payment options are Paytm. What happens if I reach the testing limit?

Once the offered test attempt reaches to 90% of the limit, you will get a notification through mail to upgrade your plan on your registered email id.

I have subscribed to a paid plan in the past. What happens if I don’t renew it?
